The front elevation brick veneer and the street side parapet wall veneer were changed from brick to Franklin stone. Matching coping was installed after the top of the parapet was flashed. The look of the building changed completely and the moisture penetration is under control for years to come.

Due to leak complaints, the masonry veneer was taken out at all the windows on the North elevation of the building. The lintels were inspected; new flashing was installed at each header and sill at each window in the area and the masonry veneer was re-build to match the original look.
